Brenda Garay and her team did a terrific job with the sale of my property. It was difficult because my husband died and I live on the other side of the USA. I had the names of 2 realtors, I met her first. I knew by the end of that meeting that she would be the right one. The property is first floor, facing the water, great view. Staging of the property was wonderful, her professional photographer did a top notch job, not only inside and outside but from the air. The property sold and closed, for asking price, within a month. I highly recommend her and her team.
